Vouchers
Each voucher can be redeemed once, for its face value less any published fee, into a Nigerian bank account or a Safemonie wallet. Keep the scratch panel covered until you redeem. Vouchers expire at the end of the validity period printed on the card or shown at purchase.
Bank deposits
Check the account name shown before you confirm. Deposits sent to the account you confirmed can not be reversed by Safemonie.
Wallets and cash-out
Wallets follow tiered daily and balance limits. Keep your 4-digit PIN private. Cash-out codes expire after the stated period and the money returns to your wallet.
Agents
Agents are approved after identity checks and must sell vouchers at face value, keep cards secure, and pay out cash-outs only after the code is confirmed in the agent portal.
